HomeAid Puget Sound is a community of builders, donors and volunteers who are passionate about helping people build second chances. There are many ways to support HomeAid Puget Sound and our region’s homeless community.

Builder Captains

Builders work closely with HomeAid Puget Sound and the care provider on every aspect of building a home, from assisting with pulling permits to construction to final inspections. If you’re interested in learning more or becoming a builder captain, click here

Volunteering

Volunteers serve HomeAid Puget Sound through “Care Days” i.e. shelter clean up days, homeless teen meals, hosting fundraising events, and leading basic essentials drives i.e. diapers and personal hygiene. If you are an individual or organization who would like to volunteer, click here to contact us for more information.

HomeAid Heroes

The nonprofits we work with are often limited in funds, project resources, construction expertise and staffing. The Builders, sub-contractors and trades we work with are often limited by time and staffing to conduct the due-diligence needed to ensure a project fits their scope or work, expertise and charitable interest. By becoming a HOMEAID HERO your monthly donation allows us to continue to build much-needed shelter and housing infrastructure year-round.

What is the Impact of your Monthly Gift?

  • $50/month: $50 dollars per month annually will provide 6 essential CareKits to our homeless outreach teams.
  • $100/month: $100 dollars per month annually will house a homeless family for an entire year.
  • $250/month: $250 dollars per month annually can pay to put the roof over an entire multi-use, 2 story building.
